Here's what Mike Believes is 'Wrong' in Idaho Government and How to Fix It.

• The Department of Health and Welfare has illegally told Medicaid providers to go borrow what Idaho already fairly owes them. THE FIX : a true balanced budget means bills are paid. We can keep our commitments to our cherished seniors by using federal matching funds wisely.

• Idaho’s recession has been fueled by cutting goods and services. THE FIX : there are sources of revenue which would give Idahoans more without raising one penny of tax. (Click here for ways to improve revenues without raising taxes.)

• Idaho has illegally incurred debt by failing to pay tens of millions of dollars in bills fairly owed to Idaho businesses. THE FIX ': Use good management to balance current use and future value of the land, water and wildlife that make Idaho unique.
